We have done this for perinatology, OBGYN, and orthopedic practices in the Las Vegas Valley since 2003. We do not need a tour of what a clinic day looks like. We already know a down scanner at 7:30 a.m. is not a low-priority ticket.

You can chart
If the EHR will not open, the waiting room stacks up. We keep the network, wifi in the exam rooms, and the workstations under your EHR healthy. When something fails, we treat it as a clinic problem, not a ticket in a queue.
The office actually works
Front desk printers, scanners, e-prescribe, lab interfaces, and imaging boxes all ride the same network. We watch those paths. Your EHR vendor still owns the software. We own the office that software has to run in.
After-hours access stays locked down
You chart from home. A partner covers a weekend. That remote access cannot be a shared password on a home PC. We set it up so only your people get in, and we can turn it off when someone leaves.
A backup you can restore
A green checkmark is not a backup. We run backups of the servers and files the practice cannot lose, and we test that we can get them back. If ransomware hits, the question is whether Friday’s charts come back.
Who can open a chart
HIPAA here is practical: unique logins, encryption, automatic logoff on a workstation in an exam room, and a log if someone opens a record they should not. We sign a BAA when we can see patient data. We help you see which other vendors still have not.
Someone who can come to the office
On-site engineers work the Las Vegas Valley. After hours we are on the network remotely. You are not explaining a down printer to a help desk that has never stood in a clinic.
